PureMF services
You may order receipt, recording, weighing, storage, photography, consolidation and repacking of Parcels, and arrangements for international delivery. Availability, scope and prices are agreed before ordering; mentioning a service does not mean it is available for every item or route.
How to receive your purchase
- Register and obtain your warehouse address and personal identifier in your Account. Agree the receipt and storage terms before using the address.
- Place your store order using your warehouse address and add the incoming Parcel’s tracking number in your Account.
- Once it arrives, choose the items to send, address and recipient, complete the declaration and select an available delivery method.
- After packing, check the final calculation and pay the Invoices due. Handover to the Carrier takes place after payment unless separately agreed otherwise.
- Track the shipment using the available tracking number. Inspect the Parcel on arrival and record any damage.
Assisted purchasing
For a purchase from a link, contact [email protected]. The item, variant, quantity, maximum expenditure, commission and purchasing procedure are agreed separately before payment. Substitutions or exceeding the agreed limit require your consent.
Prices and delivery times
A preliminary estimate is available in the delivery calculator. The final charge is calculated under the agreed Tariff after packing, measuring and weighing. Currency, additional fees and calculation rules are disclosed before ordering.
The estimated timeframe, its starting point and any guaranteed timeframe are communicated before you confirm the selected delivery. Timing depends on the route and Carrier’s terms. For a significant delay, contact support with your Parcel number.
Duties, taxes and brokerage costs may be payable separately: included and excluded costs are disclosed before delivery is ordered. Customs clearance requires accurate information about the contents and value of goods.
Prohibited and restricted goods
Illegal, stolen and counterfeit goods and goods prohibited on the selected route by law or the Carrier are not accepted. Restrictions may cover weapons, ammunition, explosives and controlled substances, dangerous goods, tobacco and nicotine products, perishables, live animals, cash and bearer securities.
Send batteries, liquids, aerosols, cosmetics, food, medicines, high-value items and other regulated goods to the Warehouse only after the goods and route have been confirmed as permissible. Contact support first if in doubt.
Full receipt, storage, restriction and delivery terms are in sections 3–6 of the Public Offer. Company details and contact information are on the Contacts page.
